Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data Fume collects through this website, why, and the rights you have under the GDPR.
Who is responsible
Fume is being established as a company. Until then, this website is run by Blom Solutions (sole proprietorship), organisation number 834 411 342, Kverndalsvegen 39, 2067 Jessheim, Norway, which is the controller for the personal data described here. When the Fume company is registered, it takes over this role and this page is updated. Questions about privacy go to hello@fumecreatives.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, work email, company, website, role, category, channels, the campaign you describe and when it launches. When you email us, we receive your email and what it contains.
This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps short technical logs (such as IP address and time of request) to keep the site running and secure.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and to plan a possible pilot with you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the website secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a safe service (Article 6(1)(f)).
We never sell your data, never use it for advertising and never use what you send to train AI models.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of processors under data processing agreements: our website host, and the email service that delivers form messages to our inbox. Some of them may process data outside the EEA; where they do, the transfer is covered by the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a customer relationship, in which case the contract's terms apply. Technical logs are deleted by our host after a short period.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@fumecreatives.com and we will answer within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet, or the authority where you live.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and the date at the top.
